Our Approach

Phase 1: The Clinic Audit

The first step was a full audit of VYVE Wellness’ website, call handling process, and patient acquisition pipeline.

We identified multiple gaps that were limiting their ability to convert website visitors into real patient leads.

First off…

Like many clinics – they were trying to push prospects to a booking experience that had too much friction:
