Elite Pain Doctors is a specialized pain management clinic focused on treating neuropathy and knee pain patients through a combination of cash-based services and insurance-billed treatments.Their approach combines non-surgical therapies, regenerative medicine, and advanced nerve stimulation procedures to help patients find long-term relief.

Elite Pain Doctors struggled with low website traffic (1.9k/month), no SEO visibility, and inconsistent patient bookings. They relied entirely on TV advertising, which wasn’t scalable, and had no digital marketing strategy in place. Despite offering innovative new treatments like spinal and peripheral nerve stimulators, they had no marketing built around them.

They needed a system to attract both cash-pay and insurance-billed patients, increase their online visibility, and create a predictable flow of new patient leads.

Our Approach

Phase 1: The Clinic Audit

Every clinic is different. Which is why the first thing I do when working with clinics is dive in and audit EVERYTHING.

During Elite Pain Doctors’ audit, we discovered a few things…

Clinic Discoveries:

  1. There was a customer segment bringing in 3.7X more than ANY other customer… and these people were easier to reach… but they were NOT being actively marketed to (neither by Elite Pain Doctors… NOR their competition)
  2. We shadowed their front desk and discovered there were holes in the intake process, so they were losing patients
  3. They didn’t have a consistent patient acquisition system aside from TV
  4. They “blogged” but weren’t ranking on Google, so they were missing out on free patient leads
  5. And they didn’t have an optimized growth system that positioned their clinic as the #1 in the area

So…

We got to work fixing all that. And more.

Phase 2: Plugging The Leaks

THIS is the secret to clinic growth.

Before we build out patient acquisition campaigns – it’s necessary to first plug the leaks in any clinic.

That way – when we start sending new leads – the clinic can handle them, they convert them at the highest rate possible (ensuring no leads fall through the cracks), and the revenue and return on investment is maximized.

This ended up being a big needle mover, because treatments like spinal cord stimulators have a long sales cycle. People naturally take longer to make purchasing decisions, so we need to make sure we’re always top of mind for the prospects.

We have 45 days worth of testimonial videos that drip on people when they are pending treatment.

Phase 3:  The Clinic Growth System

The holes were plugged, The team was trained, The nurture campaigns were set up and everything was automated, So we launched new patient acquisition campaigns.

Elite Pain Doctors didn’t have a structured system for generating new patients. So, we developed and launched different paid patient acquisition campaigns across the “Big 3”

  • Instagram Ads

The best campaign was targeting a niche market that was being underserved by all of their competition. We found this market through our audit… and the results were incredible:
