Before working with us, Nulevel was almost 100% dependent on TikTok for new business.
They wanted to build another patient acquisition channel, because TikTok was volatile. And they knew how dangerous it was for their entire business to be dependent on one platform…
But Nulevel tried working with agencies before and got frustrated. Because most agencies wanted to run new offers. However, Nulevel already had a winning offer and ad. They just needed someone to help them scale it.
Plus, Nulevel’s organic presence was zero. They weren’t ranking on Google, had no articles on their site.

The first step in working with NuLevel Wellness Medspa was a deep audit of their business, marketing, and patient acquisition processes.
We reviewed:

Nulevel already knew their reliance on TikTok was dangerous.
But during this audit we found they had no SEO-optimized content on their site.
And they were losing leads due to intake inefficiencies.
So, we helped them to optimize their intake process and we provided scripts to handle inbound and outbound calls more effectively.
We then improved their internal team’s ability to convert leads into booked appointments.
