Before partnering with us, Elite Pain Doctors was stuck.
Despite delivering top-tier care, their growth was bottlenecked.
Nearly all their patients came through expensive TV ads. Their website had 8 blog posts. And their intake team was overwhelmed.
On top of that, they just added in a new treatment – spinal cord stimulator and peripheral nerve stimulator. But since they had a limited content strategy that relied on TV, they were having difficulty generating leads.

Phase 2: Plugging The Leaks

THIS is the secret to clinic growth.
Before we build out patient acquisition campaigns – it’s necessary to first plug the leaks in any clinic.

This ended up being a big needle mover, because treatments like spinal cord stimulators have a long sales cycle. People naturally take longer to make purchasing decisions, so we need to make sure we’re always top of mind for the prospects.
We have 45 days worth of testimonial videos that drip on people when they are pending treatment.
Safe to say, we’re always top of mind. And we’re the only clinic in our market who does this.

Phase 3: The Clinic Growth System

The holes were plugged.
The team was trained. 
The nurture campaigns were set up and everything was automated.
So we launched new patient acquisition campaigns.

Paid Patient Acquisition Campaigns

Elite Pain Doctors didn’t have a structured system for generating new patients.
So, we developed and launched different paid patient acquisition campaigns across the “Big 3”

The best campaign was targeting a niche market that was being underserved by all of their competition. We found this market through our audit… and the results were incredible:
